Meet the team

Abigail dejarnatt

Founder & CEO

Abigail founded Counteract USA in June 2021 in Northwest Arkansas after watching her peers in Gen Z struggle with hopelessness and the deconstruction of their faith. Though once in pursuit of a career as a professional choreographer, God changed the calling on Abigail’s life and ignited a passion within her to equip her generation of Christians to stand upon the truth of the Word of God and counteract the narratives of our culture with the hope of the gospel of Jesus.

Allie

Paris

Allie joined Counteract USA in 2021, quickly realizing that taking Counteract USA from an idea to an organization was exactly what God was calling her to–what stood out to her about Counteract USA is that the gospel was the “why” behind every meeting and conversation. Based in Northwest Arkansas, Allie continues to make it “happen,” serving Counteract USA tirelessly to reach her generation for Christ.

Lydia

Paris

Cell Program Director

Lydia leads the strategy and growth of our national cell program—helping students build consistent, gospel-centered community in a culture that’s increasingly disconnected. She oversees curriculum development, leader training, and the systems that make it possible to scale and expand the network across the country. Lydia first joined Counteract USA in 2021 (with her sister, Allie), and in 2023, she started our first-ever high school cell, which she continues to lead today.

Zeke

Wallace

Church Relations and Men’s Cell Coordinator

Zeke works to build partnerships with churches across the country, in addition to leading the charge on men’s discipleship within the Counteract Cell Leader Network. His role is all about equipping male leaders, strengthening our church partnerships, and expanding our national impact through real-world ministry connections. Zeke launched our cell in Searcy, AR, in 2023, which he continues to lead today.

Arianna Dotson

Cell Network Coordinator

Arianna started attending Counteract USA meetings in 2022, and quickly caught the vision God was setting before us. In her role as Cell Network Coordinator, she keeps our Cell Leader Network running with clarity and consistency. She oversees onboarding for new leaders, manages regular communication across the network, and leads our women’s cell discipleship. Her work ensures every leader is equipped, connected, and supported—so that students across the country can experience consistent, gospel-centered discipleship. In addition, Arianna co-leads a Counteract USA cell for high school girls in Northwest Arkansas.

Caleb DeJarnatt

Curriculum and Content Strategist

Caleb works to develop the Counteract USA Discussion Guides that serve as a resource for our cell leaders, as they facilitate Biblical worldview conversations across the nation. As a seminary student and a long-time youth ministry leader, he brings theological depth and practical clarity to the materials we create—connecting the steadfast truth of the Bible to the cultural questions Gen Z is asking. Caleb was a part of Counteract early-on (thanks to his sister, Abigail), and now leads one of several Counteract USA cells for young men in Northwest Arkansas.

Allison

Lind

Social Media Strategist

Allison oversees our social media, which is an essential avenue for reaching Gen Z for the gospel. She makes sure everything we post is grounded in truth and built to reach the next generation. She manages post strategy across platforms, creates high-impact content like reels and podcast promos, and helps shape our voice online. A gifted communicator with a deep passion for the gospel, Allison brings both clarity and conviction to the way we engage students digitally. Additionally, Allison leads our Counteract NYC cell.
