Abigail founded Counteract USA in June 2021 in Northwest Arkansas after watching her peers in Gen Z struggle with hopelessness and the deconstruction of their Christian faith. Though once in pursuit of a career as a professional choreographer, God changed the calling on Abigail's life and ignited a passion within her to equip her generation of Christians to stand upon the truth of the Word of God and counteract the narratives of our culture with the hope of the gospel of Jesus.
Allie joined Counteract USA in 2021, quickly realizing that taking Counteract USA from an idea to an organization was exactly what God was calling her to. What stood out to Allie about Counteract USA is that the gospel was the "why" behind every meeting and conversation. Based in Northwest Arkansas, Allie continues to make it "happen," serving Counteract USA tirelessly to embolden her generation for Jesus.
Lydia leads the strategy and growth of our national cell program, helping high schoolers and young adults build consistent, gospel-centered community in a culture that's increasingly disconnected. With a Masters of Theological Studies (Cross Seminary), she oversees curriculum development, leader training, and the systems that make it possible to scale and expand the network across the country. Lydia first joined Counteract USA in 2021, and in 2023, pioneered our high school cell program.
Zeke works to build partnerships with churches across the country, in addition to leading the charge on men's discipleship within the Counteract Cell Leader Network. His role is all about equipping male leaders, strengthening our church partnerships, serving the local church, and expanding our national impact through real-world ministry connections.
Arianna started attending Counteract USA meetings in 2022, and quickly caught the vision God was setting before us. In her role as Cell Network Coordinator, she keeps our Cell Leader Network running with clarity and consistency. She oversees onboarding for new leaders, manages regular communication across the network, and leads our women's cell discipleship. Her work ensures every leader is equipped, connected, and supported, so that young adults across the country can experience consistent, gospel-centered discipleship.
Emma joined Counteract USA in 2023 and quickly found her place shaping how the organization shows up online, first joining the team as a media intern, and later as Social Media Strategist. She leads content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, translating the mission of Counteract USA into stories that reach Gen Z where they are. Her creativity and eye for what resonates help this generation see that faith and culture aren't at odds, and that the gospel has something to say in every corner of their lives.
Caleb works to develop the Counteract USA Discussion Guides that serve as a resource for our cell leaders, as they facilitate Biblical worldview conversations across the nation, as well as provide helpful insight to investing in our men's cells. As a long-time youth ministry leader with a Masters of Theological Studies (Cross Seminary), he brings theological depth and practical clarity to the materials we create, connecting the steadfast truth of the Bible to the cultural questions Gen Z is asking. Caleb was a part of Counteract early-on, and now leads one of several Counteract USA cells for young men in Northwest Arkansas.
Oren got his start volunteering to edit the Counteract Podcast before stepping into his role full-time. Today he leads video content for events and the podcast, helping capture and tell the story of what God is doing in this generation. His work behind the scenes shapes how thousands of young people experience Counteract USA's message, whether they're in the room or watching from home.
Ella keeps Counteract USA moving by handling travel logistics across the organization and jumping in wherever she's needed. Whatever the team needs to get where they're going, she makes sure it happens smoothly, freeing everyone else to focus on what matters most: equipping young adults to be bold for the gospel.
