Theme Breakdown
In Acts 8, the Holy Spirit leads Philip to an Ethiopian official searching for answers in Scripture. Philip obeys the Lord, runs to the man, shares the gospel, and the man believes and is immediately baptized… He was ready for the truth, but just needed someone to be willing to share it with him.
In 2025, we find ourselves in a moment of opportunity: For the first time in decades, younger generations are becoming more open to Christianity. They’ve grown up in a culture that has left them empty and hopeless, so they’re seeking something real. They’re buying Bibles for the first time and asking questions about truth, purpose, and eternity.
They’re ready for something true–so will we, the church, be ready to tell them about the truth, the way, the life? Will we, like Philip, run in obedience to share the gospel with a culture that just might be ready to hear it?

About the Resolve to Stand Conference
The purpose of Counteract USA’s Resolve to Stand Conference is to encourage and embolden the next generation of Christians (and Christians of all ages) to resolve to stand for the truth of the Word of God in all circumstances and conversations, no matter the cost. Our goal is that Gen Z and Gen A Christians would leave “Resolve to Stand” encouraged and equipped to engage in their spheres of influence with Biblical truth and the gospel of Jesus Christ.
